Welcome to the Reserve at Falling Water POA website!

The Reserve at Falling Water is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country along a range of tall hills that command majestic views of the Guadalupe River Valley. The historic town of Comfort, settled by German immigrants in 1854, is just minutes away. The 602 acres that make up The Reserve was formerly part of a Texas-sized ranch and is now home to a free roaming heard of Texas Dahl sheep. The Reserve at Fallingwater is managed by a Property Owners Association. This site for the POA members, provides a place for essential documents, a place for announcements and events, and an area to share our special photos of the area. Thanks for visiting!
